While there are good chances to see wildlife during the tour, sightings of specific animals can never be guaranteed in advance.
Reservations must be made at least one week before the planned activity for guaranteed participation. Exceptions are made based on availability. Cancellations made 14 days before the day of activity is charged by 50% of the total amount. Cancellations made 7 days before the day of the activity is charged by 100% of the total amount.
